DATED 1940 GERMAN OFFICER'S TUNIC NAMED.  This Captain’s uniform is a Signal Officer with a bullion German Eagle.  The ribbon in the buttonhole is a War Service Cross.  The three ribbons are Second Class Iron Cross, Eastern Front Campaign and Entry into Austria.  The Officer’s collar tabs have the yellow stripe of the Signal Officer.  Also the yellow piping on the shoulder straps includes the 62nd Signal Battalion.  The inside label is marked with a name and dated 1940.  The tailor of this uniform is A Deppert Lubeck.  No holes on this tunic.  All buttons are attached, and the last button is dented.  I have included a picture of the button.   All stitching is intact including the inside lining.  There are two marks on the inside lining that look like maybe a hallmark of some kind.  I have included a picture of the area.
